The infantile easiness and wonder-hype of Oil-Pulling

Okay so i'm like the last person in the blogging community to get on the bandwagon but it is seriously friggin amazing how much Coconuts can do (i proclaim it to be the sexiest nut of 2014, yes I just said that and if you're still reading you're an idiot.........................seriously is anyone still reading?) Between the coconut water thats twice as hydrating as regular water which I became enamoured with in Thailand and have taken to drinking and the coconut milk which is actually rather delicious, i'm in love. Then there comes Coconut Oil though, the magic ingredient with endless natually positive uses our bodies can't get enough of. I've been instructed to use it in my hair, on my hands, and as an all over body moisturising product. Sure it's messy as hell, but the results are amazing. Then however I came across the most unusual method of all: oil pulling. In essence the procedure of putting 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of coconut oil into your mouth to swirl around for about 20 minutes, all to achieve whiter cleaner teeth and mouth, and apparently clearing of skin and the diminishing of blemishes. Coconut oil is prefered but Olive Oil can otherwise be used.
After two weeks of doing it each night, my teeth look like theyve been professionally whitened and I honestly could not be happier. My skin hasn't really had much of a change which isn't as nice to note. I feel happy enough with my teeth though to be sure that all the internet hype actually is justified, so i'm thinking i'll keep it up for a while longer and see how it progresses :)
